Beyond the Surface: Building a Company Culture with Core Values

The best thing I did (better late than never!) was setting up these rules. It helped me structure my company culture, not just on the outside but even on the inside. When I’m at a certain crossroads and need some direction, I return to these pillars. These values help me avoid long-term losses and create boundaries but also create space to expand and explore!

The 11 Pillars that Guide My Business's Company Culture:

  • Respect the Clock. Be a master of punctuality. Respecting deadlines shows you value everyone's time – your team, your clients, and even yourself!

  • Unleash Your Inner Detective! Hit a roadblock? Don't sweat it! Almost any hurdle can be jumped with a little creative thinking. Channel your inner detective and unearth the solution hiding in plain sight.

  • Quality is King (and Queen, and Emperor). Deliver exceptional work that exceeds expectations. Go the extra mile to ensure your clients feel they've received unparalleled value. Remember, quality is an investment, not a cost.

  • The 100M$ Offer. Take inspiration from Alex Hormozi and make them an offer they can’t refuse. Make your clients feel like it’s their loss to miss out.

Pillars that Guide My Business

  • Communication is the Key. Keep your clients informed and engaged. Don't wait for them to chase you down for updates. Plus, foster open communication within your team – transparency helps avoid missteps and saves time!

  • Deadlines are Set in Stone. Clients despise broken promises and delays more than anything. When a deadline is set, everyone in the team must rally to meet it, no exceptions.

  • Believe. Achieve. Trust your instincts and decisions. Persistence pays off. Do what you’ve been doing for so long that you’ve aced it all!

  • Be Bold, Be Brave. Don't shy away from taking risks and championing new ideas. Challenge the status quo and be a driving force for innovation.

  • Gratitude Gives You Power. Success isn't about doing what's easy; it's about dedication to your craft. Cultivate an attitude of gratitude for the opportunity to do what you do, every single day.

  • Systems Build the Roadmaps to Success. Develop efficient processes that guide your work. Great organizations thrive on well-defined systems, constantly refined by exceptional individuals. Embrace a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Become a Giver. The power of giving cannot be underestimated. Contribute generously to others, without expectation of return. This fosters positive relationships and creates a ripple effect of success.

Now that you’ve got a list of pillars I stand by, I hope it gives you direction to lead your company’s success. Remember, achieving your dreams is a marathon, not a sprint. Pace yourself, celebrate the milestones, and enjoy the journey of becoming the best version of yourself.
